Here at Handmade Vinyl Records we only make 7 inch records, each one made in 'realtime' by hand:
We use an early 80s, 7 inch format 'disc recorder'
Tracks are recorded in 50s and early 60s style mono at 45rpm.
Once having received your track (.wav etc) we'll set up and master it for analogue/vinyl disc recording and playback.
As the track plays it gets directly 'lathe cut' by the disc recorder cutting stylus straight onto the vinyl record 'blank' to make your record.
Vinyl recording formats are:
We quality control each record for playback on a modern high-end and vintage 'reference' turntable
Each vinyl record is traditionally finished with a classic white center label and packaged in a low static record sleeve
